This page is your guide to starting your circus journey at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts. We’ve tried to put all the information you need in one place so that you have an easy time stepping in to your first circus classes. Circus training can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you try it out we’re sure you’ll get addicted to the fun, fitness and community that we have to offer.
If you have no experience at all or are just starting a physical fitness practice, you’ll want to start with our ‘Fundamentals’ in Sling or Trapeze, or any of our Level 1 Acrobatics classes. These classes are designed to be accessible to all body types and fitness levels, and so are the perfect way to get familiar with the circus arts.
If you have some experience with the circus arts we still recommend starting with a Fundamentals class! It’s an inexpensive way for us to get to know you, perform an assessment and recommend an appropriate class for you. If you have a lot of experience and would like to come to a higher level class, you can email Head Coach Adam Woolley at firstname.lastname@example.org to get special permission.
