Vaccination Requirement

Effective September 1st, 2021 all adult students (participating in regular classes, workshops, private lessons and open gym) must present proof of vaccination before signing up for classes. To ensure that you are able to sign up for classes, please email a photo of your vaccine card to when creating an account with us.

We’re asking all our students to pre-screen at home for symptoms of COVID-19 and to not attend classes if they feel unwell. If you have to late cancel due to illness, just email to ensure you won’t be charged.

When you arrive for the first time you’ll be signing our new waiver.

Face Coverings

All our coaches and students will be required to wear a face mask (N95, KN-95 or KF-94 recommended) while in the building and for the duration of their class.

Your mask should fit securely in place, and you should be able to breathe comfortably.

In the event of an emergency, our coaches will supervise you removing your mask and help you get appropriate medical attention.

Sanitation and Social Distance

We’ve placed social distancing reminders and markers throughout the building, and will be following CDC guidelines and EPA approved disinfectants on all our high-touch surfaces on a daily basis.

For our youth programming, we’ll be coming out to gather our students one group at a time in the parking lot. Parents are not permitted to observe in the building.

For our adult programming, we ask that all students put their masks on before entering and maintain social distance as they enter and leave the building.

Email Coach Rachel,, if you have any questions or concerns about our COVID precaution policies.
