Part-Time Parkour Instructor
The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts is seeking an energetic, reliable, and encouraging Youth & Teen Parkour Coach to lead engaging classes for students of varying ages and skill levels. Coaches create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment while teaching fundamental parkour skills, movement, strength, confidence, and creative problem-solving.
- 1+ years experience in teaching youth
- Experience teaching or coaching parkour, gymnastics, movement arts, or a related discipline
- Lead youth and teen parkour classes in a safe, supportive, and engaging manner
- Teach progressive parkour skills with an emphasis on proper technique, safety, and individual growth
- Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages teamwork, confidence, and resilience
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and maintaining a safe training space
- A stellar record of safety practices. Commitment to safety, inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all students
- Excitement and enthusiasm for a potential long-term relationship
- Background clearances & CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay Rate
- Hourly paid position based on applicant’s experience and expertise. $22.50 – $30/hour
Part-Time Trampoline Instructor
- 2+ years experience in teaching youth and adult trampoline.
- A stellar record of safety practices. Commitment to safety, inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all students
- Great written and oral communication skills, both with clients and administrators.
- Excitement and enthusiasm for a potential long-term relationship.
- Background clearances & CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay Rate
- Hourly paid position based on applicant’s experience and expertise. $22.50 – $30/hour
Part-Time Acrobatics Instructor
- 2+ years experience in teaching youth and adult acrobatics/gymnastics.
- A good knowledge and/or understanding of acrobatic specialties specific to the circus, such as tumbling, hand-balancing, hand-to-hand (partner acrobatics), trampoline, etc.
- An ability to conceive and build or supervise the building of ensemble and solo circus acts with children or adults recreational students.
- A stellar record of safety practices. Commitment to safety, inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all students
- Background clearances & CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay Rate
- Hourly paid position based on applicant’s experience and expertise. $22.50 – $30/hour
