2-Hour Circus Party
Your birthday party starts with an hour-long circus class for kids ages 5 and up led by our seasoned faculty. Includes a range of circus activities, from aerials and acrobatics to juggling and balance!
Kids and other guests then gather in our party room for 30 minutes of snacks and cake.
For the last 30 minutes, the children return to the studio floor to participate in circus games. We ask that parents and other non-participants use this time for clean-up.
Pricing
- $30 per participant (minimum of 10, maximum of 30)
- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required upon booking. Payment can be made with cash, check (payable to Philadelphia School of Circus Arts), or credit card by calling our office at 215-849-1991.
- Balance is due 5 business days before your event, along with a final count. Please note: final count is final and cannot be changed once made.
Additional Information
We provide activities, chairs, tables, and a party room. We are unable to provide decorations, food, and utensils. All participants (or their parents, for participants under 18) will need to sign a waiver. Directions and copies of the waiver can be emailed to you upon request. Only participants in the circus class are allowed on the studio floor. All family members & guests must remain in the observation area during class.
Please understand that this agreement does not constitute a rental of our space, but rather an activity at our facility. There will most likely be other classes happening during your party.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations are a disappointment to everyone, however we understand that they do happen. We will be able to help you reschedule your party with a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice. Please understand that a party cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged the full party rate and we will be unable to reschedule your event using your previous party payment. Please note that this does not apply to cancellations due to weather issues.
