Pop Up Pole
Introducing Pop Up Pole classes! These classes will be held with rotating instructors, have a fun theme, and introduce different elements of pole dance. These Pop Up classes will be $25 each, spots are limited to 8.

Intro to German Wheel
Sunday, March 29 @ 4:30pm-6pm
This workshop will allow people to experience German wheel whether they’ve never been on one or are working on more advanced tricks requiring 1-2 spotters to do safely. Our workshop will primarily focus on the straight-line discipline, however, if there is interest we can work on spiral or vault. Hosted by Novel Motion Circus!

PSCA’s Firstival event begins with an opening ceremony with a Once Upon A Nation storyteller sharing the true tale of America’s First Circus, family activities, giveaways, music and entertainment, selfie stations, and the spotlighting of a #1 Sculpture representing that milestone.
Each of the stories is created by Once Upon A Nation historical experts, then recorded by an actor and made available below after the Firstival. All of the free Saturday Firstivals take place throughout 2026 at the locations — or in neighborhoods representing the locations — where these significant Firsts occurred.

Grab a hoop and come play! This 60 min workshop will help anyone get started with the many ways in which we can use and perform with hula hoops.
Youth Trampoline (ages 8 – 17)

Coach Halley will show you the basics of our trampoline! Learn to jump and drop in several high flying poses. Open to all skill levels, ages 8-17.

In this Introduction to Circus Arts class, participants ages 6 to adult will learn basic aerial acrobatics on static trapeze & sling/hammock, juggling, plate spinning, and tight wire.

Twisty Climbs on Silks (ages 16+)
$35 per participant – spots are limited, please pre-register HERE
In this workshop, you will work on silks climbs that twist and turn as you gain height. Expect to learn single and split panel sequence climbs that can add flair to any ascent!
Pre-requisites: able to invert in the air repeatedly on silks or rope.
Aerial Dance for “Non-Dancers” (ages 16+)

This workshop aims to help students explore movements beyond the aerial skills we learn in class. Whether you want some guidance creating a new routine, or you want to feel more comfortable finding your flow in the air, this workshop is for you! Participants will do some silly exercises, play with a little choreography, and learn creative strategies to help you brainstorm for future performances. We will be exploring aerial dance across multiple apparatuses.
Prerequisites: class levels beginner and up
Optional: Prior to the workshop, participants are encouraged to prepare a short & simple sequence that they can experiment with at the end of the class.

Adult Aerial Playground (ages 18+)

This workshop is for our intermediate level aerial students. The playground will consist of aerial equipment that is not typically used in our regular classes. This time is for you to explore and put your existing aerial knowledge to use as you interact with different equipment. Coaches will be monitoring on the floor.

Dance Flow: Sling

Come fly & learn some fun sling flow sequences. Focus on new & old skills you’ve learned on sling and create a new aerial dance flow each week with instructor Maria Noorigian. She will teach skilled tricks and transitions connecting them seamlessly through choreographed movement, dance flow, and music allowing each of you to find your own artistic voice and aerial freedom. Don’t miss out on this limited 3 week series!

Chair Balance Sexy Flow
Tuesdays, May 5-19 @ 7:45pm-8:45pm
Come learn some new chair acro-balance tricks combined with a sexy flow of movement – creating new choreography each week. We will focus on strength, balance, control, as well as training the mind to learn choreography. Stay grounded in balance but explore the freedom of the mind and movement. Join instructor Maria Noorigian for this limited series running for 3 weeks only before summer kicks off.

Enya White, also known as Blacktrapeze, will be coaching two workshops with us while she is on tour with Cirque du Soleil’s “Luzia”. Enya is a seasoned trapeze artist and Guinness World Record holder, with over a decade of teaching experience. A graduate from the National Circus School of Montreal (2015). She has built a reputation for her unique trapeze style, most notably featured in “Luzia” by Cirque du Soleil. Enya’s influence spans 31 cities across 10 countries, and she continues to inspire through her impactful coaching.
More than just an aerial coach, Enya is an artist on an ever-evolving journey of self discovery. As a mentor, she guides others through the challenges of a career in the aerial arts, encouraging them to navigate both the highs and lows of their journeys.
Beyond the spotlight, Enya’s narrative is woven with experiences resonating with many in the industry. After overcoming a life-threatening injury, she sees setbacks as personal messages that shape her path forward. Her years on tour have gifted her invaluable insights, which she now shares with her students, importing the lessons learned along the way.
An open book committed to demystifying the life of a professional aerialist, Enya, with over 2000 performances, has weathered creative droughts, battled anxiety, and confronted fears. Through it all, she has discovered and rediscovered herself, honing a style that resonates deeply with her—embracing musicality, femininity, and constantly pushing comfort zone.

Cross My Back: All the ways In & Out of Cross Back
Tuesday, June 2 @ 6pm-7:30pm
In this workshop we will dive into a variety of ways to enter and exit the cross back position. From dynamic movements to sneaky entries, we will explore how to use this movement as a building block to create authentic, flowing sequences. You will even learn some fun transitions to add some choreographic flair to your work!
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session, you’ll have mastered 10+ unique pathways that will give you deeper understanding of what type of movements can lead you to this position. You will walk away with with the confidence to create your own connections with ease. Most importantly, you will
have fun exploring all the possibilities this move has to offer.
Pre-requisites:
Participants should be comfortable with movements that lead to and stem from the cross back position. Please bring extra layers to protect your skin as needed as we will be working with the ropes a lot.

Spin Club
Tuesday, June 2 @ 7:45pm-9:15pm
In this 90-min workshop, we will:
• Learn proper alignment in different spinning positions to more easily find your center
• Practice off-apparatus exercises for better control
• Learn ways to “come back” quickly after spinning fast.
• Create more efficient spins, maintain them for longer and control them.
• Deconstruct the mechanics of a fast spin, avoid orbiting when starting them, and how different spinning dynamics will influence choreography and vice versa
Pre-requisites:
This workshop is designed for aerialists with a good spin tolerance and experience working with spinning. The session includes a variety of off-apparatus exercises to help you gain better control over your spins. We won’t be spinning for the full 1.5 hours, and you are welcome to sit out and take notes and/or videos at any time.
What to bring:
Water, candy or a sweet snack, a sweet drink or electrolytes, food or protein bar for energy and fight off nausea in case it shows up during class 😉
